CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This promotion is a networked offer available on all participating Pragmatic Play sites.
• This promotion runs from Tuesday 1st April to Wednesday 30th April in {{insert the Network 90-ball Room Name}}.
• Cash drops will occur randomly every night from 20:00:00–23:59:59 (BST).
• To be eligible, players must be actively logged in to the bingo client during the promotional hours when the Cash Drop takes place
• Players must have purchased at least one ticket in the qualifying game(s) to be eligible for a Cash Drop

Cash Drop Details:

1. The player must have an active session in the Bingo client at the time the Cash

Drop triggers.

2. The player must meet the minimum ticket requirement (excluding Standard

Free tickets).

3. Players who used Standard Free tickets for ticket purchased on the Cash Drop

game are excluded from eligibility.

4. If player’s tickets were cancelled on the promotional Cash Drop game, the

player will be excluded from eligibility criteria.

5. Awarded Cash Drops are immediately credited to the player’s cash balance as

soon as the Cash Drop is triggered.

6. All Cash Drops are credited as cash with no wagering requirements.

7. Any real cash winnings can be withdrawn.

8. A player can be awarded multiple Cash Drops during the promotional

campaign, provided they remain eligible for each individual promotional Cash

Drop event.

9. Winners are selected at random from all eligible players.

10. If no players meet the eligibility criteria at the time of the Cash Drop, no award

is issued for that event.

11. If the game has been cancelled at the time of the Cash Drop, no award is

issued for that event.

12. Cash Drops are not linked to the bingo game’s outcome.

13. In the event of any malfunction/game void, tickets purchased will be refunded.

14. This promotion may be amended or withdrawn at any time and without notice.
